Student Council

Student Council is a student-based organization designed to help promote school spirit and leadership among students.  Meetings are one time per week throughout the school year.  Student Council organizes various events including spirit weeks, the variety show and the annual "Tiger Trot".

Math Olympiads

Practices are held on Tuesdays from 3:30-5:00 pm in Mrs. Greiner’s room, 816. Our season runs from Tuesday, October 30th - Tuesday, March 12th. Students also participate in monthly Math Olympiad contests.

MOEMS® (Math Olympiads for Elementary and Middle School) is a nonprofit corporation which provides opportunities for children to engage in creative problem solving activities while developing a child’s ability to reason, to be logical, to be resourceful, and occasionally to be ingenious. 

Speech and Debate

Speech and Debate meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in room 609 from 3:30 to 5:00.
The season starts in late September and ends in March.

Robotics

Robotics meets Tuesdays in 411 from 3:10-4:30.   

The 2019-2020 season will begin in late August and run through February.  If a team should qualify for State their season will continue to March.

Girls on the Run

Girls on the RunHeart & Sole (for 6th - 8th grade girls) is a curriculum-base, after school program that utilizes the power of running to provide girls the tools to honor their voices, recognize their gifts, take care of their bodies, and activate their power! Over the course of 10 weeks, girls meet twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) with their trained volunteer coaches to play fun running games and discuss topics such as making healthy decisions, body image and the media, cooperation and team building, and contributing to the community.The program culminates with a 5K running event.
